Access and responsibility
Each clinic manages its accounts and team permissions and should grant access only to authorized people. Requests to correct or delete a patient record should go to the clinic that maintains it.
Messages from the contact page
The contact form on this website does not upload your details to a server. It prepares an email draft on your device; the message is sent only after you open your email app, choose a recipient, and send it.
Data retention and questions
Record-retention periods depend on the clinic’s needs and applicable obligations. For questions about a record held inside a clinic system, contact that clinic’s administrator.
